It's been a very busy summer! I'm happy that I've been able to get back into painting again, and also check off a big goal of exhibiting at my first outdoor art fair. I've invested in a beautiful beast of a printer (the Canon Pro-300) and spent the larger part of 2 weeks in August printing, cutting, folding, and framing. There was much sweat, anguish and watching the weather forecast. Blood was shed! But it was all worth it!

I'm looking to build myself an online shop this winter (yes, I am also a web designer!), but in the meantime, I invite you check out my galleries and if you're interested in purchasing a print or greeting cards of something that catches your eye, just email me.

My new black .

A big thank you to all who came out to “Art in the Garden” in Vankleek Hill and “Hudson Day”. It was nice meeting so many new people and I'm appreciative of all the kinds words and support.

I'm also excited to announce the winner of my giveaway for the framed 5×7 print of “The Eagle”. This painting is very special to me and was inspired by a tragic, yet inspirational story which you can read about HERE. If you also relate to the story, I'd be curious to know and would love to hear from you. Ok enough blabber! WHO WON?

The winner is……………

I'll be revisiting the beautiful to show Simon my favorite trails (the Lookout Trail below, is one of them!) and will finally make it to Killarney Provincial Park which is known as one of the Group of Seven's favorite locations.
